Most deliveries are made on time. Rarely does the shipment tracking show "delivered", even if it appears that you have not yet received the parcel. If the tracking of your parcel shows that it has been delivered but you cannot find it:

 

1. look around the place where your parcel was delivered. Look in your letterbox or where you normally receive mail.

2. check your order confirmation to find out the tracking status.

3. access the tracking link in your order confirmation to find the local carrier delivering your parcel

4. contact your local carrier for more information

5. contact our customer service if you cannot find the parcel.

 

IS EXPRESS DELIVERY POSSIBLE?

We currently only offer the standard shipping method for our products.

 

HOW CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER?

We usually start processing your order as soon as it has been placed to ensure that you receive it on time. For this reason, certain information cannot be changed once an order has been processed. Please contact us via our contact form within 06 hours of placing your order if you wish to make any changes to your order so that we can assist you in making any changes.

 

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

If the order can be canceled, there are no cancellation fees.

 

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL CODE AFTER MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

It is currently not possible to add a discount code to an existing order. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE AT THE CHECKOUT?

If you have a valid and active promotional code, simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and enter the promotional code.

 

CAN I USE 2 PROMO CODES AT THE SAME TIME?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes can only be used once. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We do not currently offer telephone support and do not purchase on behalf of customer service. Please place the order and complete the transaction on your end.

CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of order delivery to explain your complaint. Our customer service team will then help you to obtain a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase price if appropriate.

You do not have to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return an item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred as a result of an unauthorized return.

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

There is currently no exchange option for our items. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery of your order if you have any complaints about your purchase. Our customer service team will then, if necessary, help you to offer a replacement or refund.

 

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS TAKE?

Once we have confirmed by email that you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will process your refund or replacement within 07 working days of confirmation.

You should receive the tracking number for your replacement product(s) within 7-10 business days of confirmation.

You should receive your refund within 3-5 working days of confirmation. Please note that your payment provider will determine when your refund will be credited to your payment account.
